Ottawa’s never-ending deficits, tax hikes and money printing helped push inflation to a 40-year
high. Without this inflation, the Bank of Canada would have little reason to raise rates and
Canadians wouldn’t be worried about their mortgage payments going through the roof.

Taxpayers just scored a big victory in Ottawa! Global Affairs Canada announced it’s scrapping
the multi-million-dollar slush fund known as the Mission Cultural Fund. The MCF was used to
pay for a sex toy show in Germany, for old people in Taiwan to talk about their sex lives on
stage and to promote Margaret Atwood’s book in Australia.
